Juicing, Shots & Smoothies
Juicing and Smoothies, with fruits & vegetables
After my first visit to a doctor over here in Spain, I was told that my Gilbert's Syndrome was rearing its ugly head again and that I was also deficient in vitamin C. So, I have started taking vitamin C supplements, and made a conscious decision to increase my fruit and vegetable intake. Here I'm providing you with some awesome juice and smoothie recipes that I have tried. Pop back to this page regularly, for updates

*SHOTS*
GINGER SHOTS
This juice shot is awesome, it takes your breath away, a warming way to wake up. You can feel this shot working instantly as the concentrated ginger hits your system. This elixir is a fab anti-inflammatory and has great antioxidant properties. Studies have found that it can help reduce inflammation in arthritis, gut disease, asthma and some cancers. It can also help with controlling your sugars and boost weight loss....bonus!
- Ginger 1inch
- 1/2 an Apple or Lemon
You can make up a batch, store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days
