Hey Veggies. Do you miss a good burger?
One of the things I miss out here in Spain is having a burger during one of the many BBQs we seem to have, or attend. So, I am going to try and make different combinations and add them here for anyone else who is missing a good burger and would like a great alternative.

Chickpea and Carrot Burger
- Tin or jar of chickpeas - washed and drained
- Oats 150g
- Shredded carrot x3
- Red onion
- Garlic powder 1/2tsp
This is dead easy.
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender
- Shape into burgers
- Fry in a little olive oil
I have had these in a bun with all the trimmings. I have also had them alone with a dollop of sweet chilli sauce on the top.
