Juicing & Smoothies

Juicing and Smoothies with fruit and vegetables

After my first visit to a doctor over here in Spain, I was told that my Gilberts Syndrome was rearing its ugly head again and that I was also deficient in Vitamin C. So, I have started taking Vitamin C supplements, and made a conscious decision to increase my fruit and vegetable intake. The goal is to phase out the supplements. This blog is about that journey and providing you with some of the awesome juice and smoothie recipes that I have tried. Pop back to this page regularly, I have a feeling that it will be updated most weeks!

I am not a doctor or nutritionist. I am 'ickle ole me on my own journey and sharing the results. Please consult your own doctor before emarking on yours.
