Healthy(ish) Puddings & Sweets

Whether it be for after your meal, or simply on its own for those snack attacks, you may be looking for that perfect idea to feed that sweet tooth of yours..... Caveat, some are healthier than others, LOL. If you would like to share your own ideas with us, please comment below. Frozen banana 


Ingredients 
  • Bananas
  • Peanut butter
  • Dark Chocolate 

Method
  1. Peel and slice your bananas length ways 
  2. Cover the bananas with peanut butter
  3. Melt the dark chocolate then drizzle over the peanut butter covered bananas 
  4. Freeze until required 

Pineapple Puff

Ingredients

  • Tin of pineapple rings
  • Pre-made puff pastry (yes, I cheat!)
  • Berries
  • Egg
Method
  1. Simply roll out the pastry into squares
  2. Put a pineapple ring in the centre
  3. Bring over the four edges of the pastry to meet in the middle
  4. Press down in the middle to make a slight indentation)
  5. Coat with egg 
  6. Bake in the oven until golden brown
  7. I like to serve this with Icecream
